蒲黄对蚕丝的染色和抗紫外性能 被引量:5

摘要 采用蒲黄色素用于蚕丝织物染色,研究p H值、染色温度、蒲黄用量、保温时间、对蚕丝织物染色性能的影响,并探究了蒲黄染色残液的重复染色效果。通过测试织物的K/S和颜色特征值来探讨染色织物的颜色性能,并对染色后蚕丝织物的抗紫外线性能进行了测试。实验结果表明蒲黄用量3.125g/L时,p H值为4,温度90℃,保温时间60min的条件较适合蒲黄对蚕丝织物的染色,染色织物的UPF值达到32.22,干摩擦和湿摩擦均为5级,耐洗牢度中蚕丝沾色为4~5级,棉沾色为5级,蚕丝褪色牢度为3级。 Cattail pollen pigment was used to dye silk fabric, the influence of pH value, dyeing temperature, cattail pollen dosage and temperature-holding time on the dyeing performance of silk fabric was studied and the repeated dyeing effect of cattail pollen dye solution residue was explored. The K/S value and color characteristic values of the fabric were tested to explore the color properties of the dyed fabric and the anti-UV performance was tested. The experiment results showed that the fight conditions for cattail pollen dyeing silk fabric were that the dosage of cattail pollen was 3. 125g/L, pH value 4, dyeing at 90℃ for 60min, and UPF value of the dyed fabric was 32. 22, the dry and ton staining was level 5 wet friction fastness and the color fading were level 5, the staining of washing fastness was level 4-5, the cotfastness was level 3.
