摘要
采用壳聚糖为原料,制备了壳聚糖-1,3,5,均三嗪-2氨基乙磺酸钠盐(MCTAS),在硅偶联剂的作用下,用于对蚕丝纤维的改性。研究改性条件对蚕丝染色性能的影响。研究表明,改性后的蚕丝纤维可以实现无盐染色,并具有很好的抗物理机械性能。当处理条件为的用量MCTAS为2.5%,KH550用量为1m L,处理温度为40℃时,蚕丝可获得较好的弱酸性染料染色效果,并且染色行为符合准二级动力学模型。
Chitosan-1,3,5, triazine-2 aminoethane sulfonate (MCTAS) were prepared by adopting chitosan as raw material and were used to modify silk fiber with silica couple agent. The influence of the modification conditions on dyeing property of silk fabric was studied. The results showed that the modified silk fiber could realize salt-free dyeing and better anti-physical mechanical property. When the dosage of MCTAS was 2.5%, KH550 lml, temperature 40℃, the silk had better dyeing effect of weak acid dye and the dyeing behavior fitted quasi-2 level dynamic model.
