摘要
对薄煤层大功率采煤机摇臂建立了三维模型,进行研究分析;以摇臂危险部位为目标,建立优化模型,得到了摇臂壳体壁厚和肋板的合理厚度尺寸。优化后的摇臂应力集中得以改善,降低了摇臂质量。
By researching the ranging arm of large power coal cutter, established the three-dimension object model of the ranging arm system; and established the optimization model of the ranging arm on the dangerous part as the research object, got the reasonable thickness of the dangerous part. After optimizing the ranging arm construction, the phenomenon of stress concentration was improved, and the mass of the ranging arm was lightened.
