CBCT三维测量上颌窦推断新疆汉族人性别的研究 被引量:1

A study on the classification of Xinjiang han nationality by three-dimensional measurement of maxillary sinus by CBCT

摘要 目的对上颌窦的CBCT图像进行三维测量,推断新疆汉族人的性别,得出上颌窦与性别推断的关系,并建立性别推断方程。方法选择126例(男性63例,女性63例)患者的CBCT影像,根据Tambawala测量方法定义上颌窦的长、宽、高,分别测量其长度,采用SPSS23.0进行数据分析。结果利用上颌窦左侧性别推断方程得出的准确性分别为76.19%(男性)和85.71%(女性);利用上颌窦右侧性别推断方程得出的准确性分别为77.78%(男性)和79.37%(女性)。结论利用上颌窦进行性别推断是一个简单可靠的方法,可作为法医鉴定的一种补充手段。 Objective Using CBCT images of maxillary sinus three-dimensional measurement, concluded the sex of the han Chinese in Xinjiang, obtain the relationship between maxillary sinus and gender inference, and establish the gender estimation equation. Methods 126(63 male and 63 female) CBCT scans of bilateral maxillary sinuses were retrospectively selected,definition of the maxillary sinus length, width and height according to Tambawala measuring method, measure the length of them, using SPSS23.0 for data analysis. Results The study concluded that the correct predictive accuracy were 76.19% in males and 85.71% in females(use left maxillary sinus equation), 77.78% in males and 79.37% in females(use right maxillary sinus equation) and the maxillary height is the most reliable data for gender estimation. Conclusion Using maxillary sinus for gender estimation is a simple and reliable method, can be used as a complementary means of forensic identification.
