摘要
根据商品车价值高、占用资金较多,但价格波动不大、仓储环节要求不高的特性,提出了商品车物流金融的保兑仓模式,根据具体操作过程分析,证明该模式的可行性。为了判别该模式下的物流金融风险因素,建立了基于商品车经销商、制造商、第三方物流企业和银行四方的风险指标体系。采用可拓层次分析法计算各个风险指标组合权重,结果表明,风险最高的一级指标为商品车经销商;对于商品车经销商、制造商、第三方物流企业和银行,风险最高的二级指标分别为偿债能力、信誉等级、专业实力和信息系统与技术保障及信息化水平。研究成果为商品车物流金融风险因素判别和规避提供了理论依据。
In this paper, in light of the characteristics of the merchandise vehicle, we proposed the confirmed storage mode for merchandise vehicle logistics financing, and then proved its feasibility through analyzing the specific operation process. Next, in order to recognize the logistics financing risk factors under this mode, we built the risk index system that encompassed the merchandise vehicle distributor, manufacturer, TPL enterprise and bank, used the EAHP to calculate the combinational weight of the different indexes and at the end, elaborated on the findings.
