宜兴新庄大桥连续梁合龙段施工技术

摘要 合龙段施工是连续梁施工的重点,关系到桥梁的线形及受力状况。文章以宜兴新庄大桥为例,介绍了混凝土连续箱梁的合龙施工技术,主要从合龙口压重及卸载、合龙口锁定、体系转换、混凝土浇筑、合龙口高差调整这几个方面阐述了合龙施工过程中的几个关键问题,对类似桥梁的合龙施工具有普遍的指导意义。 The construction of the closure segment is the key to the continuous beam construction, which relates to the line and force of the bridge. Taking the Yixing Xinzhuang bridge as an example, this paper introduces the closure construction technology of concrete continuous box girder, it also expounds several key problems in the closure construction process from closing port pressure weight and unloading, closing opening locking, system conversion, adjustment of height difference, which are of universal guiding significance to the closure construction of similar bridges.
