摘要
针对生态文明建设评价及预测,使用层次分析、熵值、模糊综合评价等分析方法,分别构建综合集成赋权法模型、模糊综合评价模型、预测模型等,使用MATLAB软件编程,得到生态文明建设评价的可行指标,建立了基于模糊综合评价的生态文明建设模型来分析10个代表省区市的生态文明建设水平,对落后的3个省区进行改进并对改进效果作出了预测.
For the construction of ecological civilization evaluation and prediction, using analytic hierarchy process, entropy, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation etc. analysis method, were used to construct the integrated weighting method model, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the prediction model, using MATLAB software programming, ecological civilization construction evaluation of feasible indicators established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the ecological civilization construction model to analyze the ecological civilization construction level of ten representatives of the provinces and cities, to backward three provinces was improved and the improvement effect is forecasted.
