摘要
针对兰炭行业进行充分调研,分析兰炭企业生产工艺流程,进一步挖掘其能耗的影响因素,包括干法熄焦、富氧燃烧方式、煤气综合利用及自动化控制技术,提出从合理规划产业布局、提高技术水平、提高副产品利用率、充分利用净化回收系统、限制排污及有效利用水资源等方面加强能耗的控制措施。
This paper invests and researches on the coal industry,then analyzes the production process of coal industry,further mining the influence factors of its energy consumption,including dry coke quenching,oxygen enriched combustion,gas comprehensive utilization and automatic control technology,putting forward the measures to control energy consumption,such as rational planning of industrial layout,improvement of technical level,improvement of utilization ratio of by-product,utilization of purification and recovery system,restriction of sewage discharge and effective utilization of water resources.
