男性年龄对非男性不育夫妇IVF妊娠结局的影响 被引量:4

The impact of paternal age on IVF pregnancy outcome in non-male factor infertility couples

摘要 目的探讨男性年龄对非男性不育夫妇行体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗妊娠结局有无影响。方法收集2015年1月至2016年12月在海南医学院第一附属医院生殖医学中心因女方输卵管因素进行IVF助孕治疗且女方年龄小于35岁患者的临床资料,共658个周期。根据男方年龄分为4组:A组(<35岁)、B组(35~39岁)、C组(40~44岁)和D组(≥45岁),分别比较各组间的受精率、2PN卵裂率、优质胚胎率、胚胎利用率、种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率及活产率,分析各指标之间有无差异。结果 C组临床妊娠率均低于其它3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它指标在各组间的差异均无统计学意义。结论在非男性不育夫妇中,男性年龄对辅助生殖技术临床妊娠率可能存在负面影响,但不影响最终的活产率。 Objective:To study the impact of the paternal age on IVF pregnancy outcome in non-male factor infertility couples. Methods:The clinical data were collected from 658 in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)cycles from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College for female tubal factor,all patients were less than 35 years old. It was divided into 4 groups according to the paternal age:group A(less than 35 years),group B(35 - 39),group C(40- 44)and group D(over 45 years). We assessed the differences of fertilization rate,cleavage rate of 2PN,high-quality embryo rate,embryo utilization rate,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and live birth rate in the four groups. Results:The clinical pregnancy rate of group C was lower than that of the other 3 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),there was no significant difference in the rest factors. Conclusion:Paternal age may have a negative effect on the clinical pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technology in non-male factor infertility couples,but it does not affect the final live birth rate.
