摘要
制备了一种结晶改善的无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-RCT)。采用高温凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热仪、毛细管流变仪、核磁共振质谱仪等对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)和PP-RCT树脂在分子结构、结晶形态、力学综合性能等方面进行了分析,从生产工艺、添加剂等方面对PP-RCT管材专用料的研制进行了探讨。结果表明,选择合适的工艺生产基础粉料,使用功能添加剂包造粒,生产PP-RCT专用料挤管,对管材挤出过程作适当处理,可以达到GB/T 18742.2—2002的要求;PP-RCT具有较高的韧性(简支梁缺口冲击强度≥60kJ/m^2)、更长的耐压时间和更高的耐压压力。
Atactic copolypropylene(PP-RCT) was developed through the modification of crystallinity.A comparative investigation on structure and properties of PP-RCT and normal PPR resins was performed by gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry,capillary rheometer,dynamic mechanical thermal analysis,polarized light microscopy,Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy and conventional mechanical tests.Molecular structure,crystal morphology,mechanical properties of these resins were analyzed comprehensively.Resolutions for the development of PPR-based pipes special materials were proposed on the basis of production process,additives and other aspects.
