摘要
利用λ/4(λ为波长)的多模谐振器(MMR),通过输入、输出端共用短路过孔,采用内嵌方式设计了一款WLAN频段(2.4GHz/5.2GHz)的双频滤波器,在此基础上,通过开路枝节加载方式,设计了一款中心频率为2.3GHz/3.3GHz/5.5GHz的三频段滤波器。滤波器尺寸为11mm×9mm,满足小型化的要求。利用HFSS12软件设计并仿真,得到验证结果。实验结果表明,双频段和三频段滤波器的损耗参数s11和s21均达到标准,可适用于无线通信系统。
A dual band filter with embedded structure operating at WLAN band(2.4 GHz/5.2 GHz)is designed by using the multi-mode resonator withλ/4 wavelength and sharing the input and output short-circuit.Then on the basis of the dual band filter design,a tri-band filter with center frequency of 2.3 GHz/3.3 GHz/5.5 GHz is designed based on the open stub loading.The size of the filter is 11 mm×9 mm,which meets the requirement of miniaturization.The HFSS12 software is used for filter design and simulation.The results show that both the dual-band and tri-band filter parameters of s11 and s21 are up to the standard,the filters can be used for wireless communication system.
