节流截止阀阀芯端面形状对线性度的影响 被引量:3

The Impacts of Throttle Valve Core End Shapes on the Linearity

摘要 以螺纹插装阀上某型号的节流截止阀作为研究对象,建立不同端面形状节流槽的阀芯,通过理论计算结果与Fluent数值模拟结果进行对比,对不同端面形状节流槽的阀芯在不同开度下与流量的关系进行分析,比较不同形状的节流槽对阀芯线性度的影响,选取较好的阀芯线性度的阀芯端面形状。 Based on the certain model throttle globe valve of threaded cartridge valve, construct model of valve core in different cross section groove profiles, then analyze the combination between the variation valve opening and rate of flow,which through the result of theoretical calculation and simulation by Fluent, compare the linearity which is affected by different shape of groove, finally choose the cross section groove profile under the better valve core linearity.
