摘要
将简化三电平矢量调制(SVM)应用到三相三线Vienna整流器中,并提出了一种数字化实现方式,简化了数字化实现过程中的算法流程和计算难度。首先介绍了Vienna整流器基于两电平的简化SVM调制的基本原理,说明了三电平SVM与两电平SVM的等效关系;然后提出了一种Vienna整流器简化SVM的数字化实现方式,这种方式将处于其他扇区的目标矢量先经过旋转变换至第Ⅰ扇区再由统一的计算方式得到向量作用时间,并基于两电平矢量调制推导了简化三电平SVM的矢量作用时间计算公式,确定了每个扇区内空间矢量作用顺序以及各相占空比与矢量作用时间的关系;最后,搭建了15 kW三相Vienna整流器的仿真模型和实验平台,使用所提方式实现了Vienna整流器的简化三电平SVM,验证了所提方式的正确性。
In this paper, the simplified space-vector modulation (SVM) method for three-level inverter is applied to three-phase Vienna rectifier, and a digital realization method of SVM is proposed to simplifiy the algorithm and computation difficulty. The equivalence relationship between two-level and three-level SVM converters is explained at the beginning of the paper. Then, the digital realization method of the three-level SVM is introduced in details. By the means of rotating the target vector in other sectors to the first sector, the dwell time of vectors can be calculated by the unified formula, and the formula for calculating the dwell time is deduced based on two level SVM. The sequence of thevectors in every sectors is determined and the relationship digital realization method proposed in this paper is verified between dwell-time and duty cyde is introduced. At last, the in a 15 kW three-phase Vienna rectifier.
