摘要
目的:观察电针对缺血性脑卒中足下垂患者下肢运动功能的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各39例,两组患者均给予缺血性脑卒中基础治疗。在此基础上治疗组予以患侧下肢电针治疗,对照组予以患侧下肢普通针刺,两组共治疗4周后,进行两组患者治疗前后踝关节运动功能、下肢运动功能评分及步行能力及步态评价比较。结果:治疗结束时治疗组患者在主动踝背屈活动度、患侧下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Holden步行功能评分和Tinetti步态测试评分等改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在踝关节跖屈肌群张力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗相比普通针刺能够明显改善缺血性脑卒中后足下垂患者踝关节运动功能,改善患者步行能力,纠正异常步态,对于提高患者下肢运动功能具有重要作用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture for lower extremity motor function of foot-drop patients caused by ischemic stroke.Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 39) and the control group(n = 39).Basic treatment for ischemic cerebral apoplexy was applied in both groups,on which basis,the treatment group was also given electro-acupuncture to affected lower limbs,the control group was treated with common acupuncture to affected lower limbs;the treatment course was four weeks.Ankle movement function,scores of lower limb motor function,walking ability,and gait assessment were evaluated between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The ankle dorsiflexion activity,scores of Fugl-Meyer movement function,scores of Holden walking function,as well as scores of Tinetti gait test were all improved after the treatment in the treatment group,which were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).But there was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of the muscle tension assessment of ankle plantar flexion(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture can obviously improve ankle movement function and walking ability,it can correct abnormal gait in foot-drop patients caused by ischemic stroke,it plays an important role in enhancing the lower limb movement.
