摘要
高校社团文化作为校园文化的重要组成部分,对在校大学生的自身成长有着积极的作用。社团文化的形成和发展得益于大学生的积极参与,两者相互作用,相辅相成。以太原工业学院为例,通过调查了解高校社团成员对社团文化建设和自身成长作用的认知和实际感知,运用方差分析和相关性分析,讨论研究了学生个人基本情况、社团内部管理和社团活动对大学生自身成长作用的影响效果。同时,结合社团文化建设的现状和学校的发展,提出一些建议。
As an important part of campus culture college society culture has a positive role in the growth of college students.The formation and development of college society culture benefit from the active participation of college students,they interact each other.Taking Taiyuan Institute of Technology as an example,this article is based on the survey data of the community members＇community culture construction and its growing role cognition and the actual perception,using variance analysis and correlation analysis,discussing the students＇personal basic situation,corporate internal management and community activities effect on the growth effects of college students.Some suggestions are put forward based on the current situation of community culture construction and the development of colleges and universities.
