NaCl胁迫对两种铁线子属果树叶片组织结构的影响

摘要 应用石蜡切片方法,结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜研究NaCl胁迫下两种铁线子属果树古巴牛乳树Manilkara roxburghiana、人心果Manilkara zapota的叶片形态结构变化。结果表明,叶表皮、解剖结构与NaCl处理浓度有一定相关性,随着处理浓度增加,叶片角质膜的皱褶增多,气孔开度增大,气孔器进一步变形,栅栏组织更加疏松,海绵组织和维管束遭受破坏,韧皮部受损早于木质部。叶内部结构在较低浓度NaCl(0、0.2%、0.4%)处理下保持正常,在高浓度胁迫下(0.6%、0.8%)则表现异常,说明叶内部结构的变化较表皮滞后。 To explore effects of NaCl stress on leaf morphological structures of Manilkara roxburghiana and M. zapota, paraffin section, light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were adopted. The results indicated that the characteristics of epidermis and tissue structures were related to the NaCl concentration. When NaCl concentration rising, the cuticle creased, the stoma was widely opened, the stomatal apparatus tumed abnormal, the palisade tissues loosened, the spongy tissues and vascular bundles were distorted. The phloem was distorted earlier than xylem. The leaf tissue structure kept normal under low NaCl concentration (0, 0.2%, 0.4%) while observed abnormal under high NaCl concentration (0.6%, 0.8%), showing the changes of tissue structure later than those of epidermis.
