挤压降解赤霉病小麦麸皮中DON 被引量:1

摘要 挤压赤霉病小麦麸皮,采用高效液相色谱法检测挤压前后麸皮中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)含量,研究机筒温度、麸皮水分含量、主机频率和喂料机频率对DON降解率的影响。结果表明:当试验机筒温度170℃时,DON降解率最高为11.96%;当水分含量为24%时,DON降解率最高为14.21%;当主机频率为10 Hz时,DON降解率最高为12.47%;当喂料机频率为8 Hz时,DON降解率最高为14.56%。提高机筒温度,降低麸皮水分含量、主机机频率和喂料频率,可以提高麸皮中DON降解率。 The bran of scabby wheat was extruded and high performance liquid chromatography was used to investigate the content of deoxynivalenol(DON). The effects of barrel temperature, bran moisture content, screwing speed-frequency and feeding speed-frequency on the degradation of deoxynivalenol in bran of scabbed wheat were studied. The results showed that the ma ximum degradation rate of DON was 11.96 % at barrel temperature of 170 ℃, 14.21 % at bran moisture content of 24 %, 12.47 % at screwing speed-frequency of 10 Hz, and 14.56 % at feeding speed-frequency of 8 Hz. High barrel temperature, low raw material moisture content, low screwing speed-frequency and low feeding screwing speed-frequency enhanced the degradation rate.
