摘要
通过对5省市165份有效问卷进行分析,从骨干教师同时又是该政策执行者的视角,对中职示范校政策效果进行研究。研究发现:在微观层面的"教材或校本教材"、"课程标准"、"人才培养方案"方面效果凸显;中观层面的"校企合作"、"项目教学"、"专业建设"、"增加教师培训机会和费用支出"、"建立健全管理规章制度"等方面效果明显;在"校企文化结合"、"多元主体办学"、"教师收入分配制度改革"及"多元主体参与评价"等方面还存在一些问题。因此,应加强对"职业教育政策执行过程"的关注和职业教育政策的监测与评估。
By analyzing 165 effective questionnaires from 5 provinces and cities,from the perspective of both the backbone teachers and the policy executor, this paper studies the policy effect of secondary vocational model school. The study shows that in the micro level of "teaching or school-based teaching materials " and "talent curriculum standard" and "training plan" highlights the effect;the medium level of the"school-enterprise cooperation" and "project teaching", "specialty con- struction,increase teacher training opportunities and expenses", "establish and perfect the management rules and regula- tions" etc. effect; in the "school-enterprise culture combination" and "multidisciplinary education" and "teachers' income distribution system reform", and "multidisciplinary participation evaluation", there are still some problems. Therefore, we should strengthen the concern of the "vocational education policy implementation process" and the monitoring and evalua- tion of the vocational education policy.
