二甲双胍对糖尿病患者血清促甲状腺激素水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨二甲双胍(Metformin)对糖尿病合并原发性亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者血清甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的影响。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月糖尿病合并原发性亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者126例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例,观察组患者采用二甲双胍进行治疗,对照组患者口服左旋甲状腺素钠片,比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖水平、餐后2h血糖水平及甲状腺轴各激素水平。结果观察组患者治疗3个月后血清TSH(1.8±0.6)mU/L,显著低于对照组治疗后水平TSH(3.5±0.9)mU/L,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗3个月后血清FT3、FT4、T3和T4水平,较治疗前没有明显变化,差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗3个月后FBG(5.3±0.2)mmol/L,显著低于对照组治疗后水平(9.3±0.2)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗3个月后2h PBG(6.5±1.4)mmol/L,显著低于对照组治疗后水平(10.1±1.2)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论二甲双胍可有效改善糖尿病合并原发性亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者血清促甲状腺激素水平,降低血糖水平,是糖尿病合并原发性亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的理想治疗药物。
