摘要
分析了现有技术方案所存在的问题,基于案例剖析,提出了一种优化真空度检测位置,以静态水位及真空值曲线相结合设定启泵准则的算法为核心的控制策略和方法。实践表明,该方法能够有效缩短启泵时间,提高系统可靠性、安全性与运行经济性。
Existing technical solutions are studied. Based on case analysis, a kind of control strategy and method centered on the algorithm for the start-up criterion combined with static water levels and vacuum value curves is provided. Practice indicates that the start-up time of the pump can be shorten and the reliability, safety and operating economy of the system can be improved effectively.
