摘要
为提高一步法生产钒铝合金的回收率,研究了投料方式、杂质种类及含量、原料品位等对铝热反应过程及产品化学成分和回收率的影响。结果表明,投料时采用先密实处理再投料的模式,能够使反应原料之间紧密接触,密实程度均匀,产品损耗少;采用Fe、Si含量低的原料,能够减少喷溅现象,降低产品损耗;采用品位高的V2O5,能够加快反应速度,防止发生喷溅,且产品的杂质元素含量较低。
In order to improve the yield of vanadium aluminum alloy produced by one-step method, the influences of feeding type, impurity type and content, raw material grade on aluminum thermal reaction process, chemical composition and yield of production were studied. The results show that opening the solid equipment first then feeding the raw materials, can make close contact between the raw materials, get the consolidation level uniform, and reduce mass loss of product. Using of raw materials with low contents of Fe and Si can reduce the splashing of furnace and mass loss of product. And high grade V205 can speed up the reaction rate, prevent splashing, and the impurity content of product low.
