摘要
对中、美、英三国的规范在超高层建筑安全疏散设计方面的要求进行了对比分析,包括疏散楼梯数量、疏散楼梯布置和形式、疏散距离、疏散楼梯宽度、电梯疏散等方面。选取一个典型的超高层建筑案例,通过Pathfinder建立疏散仿真模型,分别计算了三国规范要求下分阶段疏散和整体疏散策略下的人员疏散时间,对各国规定中超高层建筑的疏散安全度进行了比较。模拟结果表明:疏散楼梯间可容纳人流股数越多,疏散时间越短;增加疏散楼梯个数可以提高建筑疏散的安全度。
The requirements on evacuation design of super high-rise buildings in Chinese, American and British codes were compared and analyzed, including the number of stairways, arrangement and style of stairways, distance to exits, width of exits, and elevator evacuation, etc. The evacuation safety of a typical high-rise build- ing designed according to different countries' codes was analyzed by Pathfinder. The evacuation time of phased evacuation and simul- taneous evacuation according to the requirements in 3 countries were calculated, and the degree of safety was compared. Simulation results showed that, the more the number of the people stream, the shorter the evacuation time; more evacuation stairs can improve the degree of safety.
