急倾斜厚煤层水平分段综放覆岩破坏模式实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 急倾斜厚煤层水平分段综放开采覆岩破断形式不同于近水平煤层开采,以青海江仓矿为工程背景,并借助改进的相似模拟实验台和FLAC3D数值模拟软件,系统的分析了大段高(采放比1∶8)水平分段开采顶煤与采场上覆岩层的运移规律和破坏模式。研究表明:急倾斜厚煤层水平分段综放开采过程中顶板发生"倾倒-滑塌"式破坏,呈现台阶状破坏断面,底板也会产生滑移现象;随着开采分段的逐步向下延伸,覆岩破坏后向下的位移增大,对顶煤及采空区残留的矸石形成明显冲击,成为采场围岩控制的重点。 The formation of overburden in the horizontal section of fully mechanized top - coal caving is different from that of the near - horizontal coal seam. Based on the improved similar simulation test platform and FLAC3D numerical simulation software, we analyze the large- scale high-level mining( mining-caving ratio is 1:8 )migration law and failure mode of rock formation. Research shows that during horizontal sublevel caving mining in steep inclined thick coal seam, the roof shows a "slumping- toppling" failure, which presents a step -shaped failure cross section, and slip phenomenon might occur at the floor. With the gradual downward extension of the mining section, the downward displacement increases after failure of the overlying rock, and the impact is obvious on the residual gangue in the top coal and the goaf area, which becomes the focus for surrounding rock control of the stope.
