摘要
修枝是苹果树管理的重要内容,而修剪质量对树木的旺盛生长及果实高质量的产出极为关键,计算机仿真技术对刀具锯切过程的深入研究与理解具有现实意义。基于ANSYS/LS—DYNA/WORKBENCH对圆锯片锯切苹果枝条的过程进行有限元模拟仿真,揭示锯切速度、工进速度、枝条直径、枝条湿度的变化对切口质量的影响规律,并对优化的目标参数的锯切过程实施刀具的应力—应变、模态以及疲劳分析,仿真结果显示与果树修枝实际作业情况基本吻合。
Pruning is an important content of apple tree management,and pruning quality is the key point of the vigorous growth and fruit quality of apple tree.Simulation technology with computer science has realistic meaning for further researches of sawing.Finite element simulation of apple branch sawing was completed with ANSYS/LS—DYNA/WORKBENCH,and then,effects of sawing speed,forward speed,branch diameter and branch moisture on sawing quality were revealed.Stress-strain,fatigue and modal analysis of sawing were done with target optimization parameters,and the simulation results were consistent with the actual pruning operations.
