摘要
以T80系列汽车车顶盖板为研究对象,分析了汽车顶盖的结构特点和性能要求。应用AutoForm软件对车顶盖板进行了拉深成形的数值模拟分析,预测板料成形过程中减薄、拉裂和起皱等缺陷,选择不同的压边力值来优化板料成形工艺参数。通过模拟后的结果与实际生产的结果进行对比,验证了模拟分析的正确性。应用数值模拟技术对缩短模具开发周期、降低成本、提高制件产品质量具有重要的意义。
Take T80 series of car roof eover as the research object,analyzes the structure characteristic and performance require- ment of automobile top cover. Using AutoForm software on the roof cover drawing forming numerical simulation analysis, predic sheet metal forming process in thinning, cracking, wrinkling and other defects, choose different blank-holder force value to optimize sheet metal forming process parameters. Through the simulation results and the actual production,the results were compared to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis. Application of numerical simulation technology has an important significance to shorten the development cycle of mold,reduce costs,improve the quality of stamping products.
