连铸机工艺设计中相关问题研究

摘要 钢铁行业作为国家重要的第二产业,对我国的国民经济做出重大贡献。改革开放之初,钢铁行业由原来的国有经营逐步向个体经营转变,在市场经济下钢铁行业发展迅猛,同时钢铁行业的工艺技术也随着行业发展不断升级。目前,钢铁生产过程的质量管理、生产计划以及性能预报等问题日益突出。为了顺利解决上述问题,钢铁业的高质量产品生产、生产成本控制、节约能源控制等经营战略被提上日程,只有做到上述有效经营和生产才能维护钢铁企业在激烈竞争市场中保持不败之地。如今不少学者集中研究钢铁领域的炼钢-连铸的生产计划,但是钢铁生产具备高度复杂性,不少的研究成果只能用于实践生产的参考标本。本课题主旨研究20多年累积的连铸工艺设计问题,介绍了钢铁连铸工艺设计的工艺参数、工艺设计的思路、连铸发展动态等,为日后的钢铁连铸工艺设计奠定参考范本。 Steel industry, as an important second industry of the country, contributes a lot to the national economy of our country. The beginning of reform and opening up,the iron and steel industry from the original state-owned business gradually to individual business transformation in the market economy, the steel industry is developing rapidly, and the technology of iron and steel industry with the devel- opment of the industry is also constantly upgrading. At present, the quality management, production plan and performance prediction of iron and steel production process are becoming more and more prominent. In order to solve the above problems ,the high quality products of iron and steel industry production, production cost control, saving energy control strategy has been put on the agenda, only the effective management and production in order to maintain the iron and steel enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position to maintain. Nowadays, many scholars have concentrated on the steelmaking continuous casting production plan in the steel field, but the steel production has high complexity, and many research results can only be used for reference samples of practical production. Design of continuous casting technology in this topic research subject 20 years,introduces the process parameters and process design of steel casting process design, continuous casting development,lay a reference model for the steel casting process design, after the.
