摘要
城市公立医院"取消药品加成"改革能否成功的关键在于相关配套改革是否完善、到位。文章对城市公立医院"取消药品加成"配套改革的进展情况进行了分析,对浙江、重庆、长沙及青海四个典型改革地区配套措施的实施情况进行重点剖析,总结了其中的不足和先进经验,并分别从四个配套改革的角度提出稳步推进城市公立医院"取消药品加成"改革的政策建议。
The keys points of canceling urban public hospitals＇ drugs addition was whether related supporting reforms were com- prehensive and in place. It analyzed the progress of supporting reforms for urban public hospitals canceling drugs addition. The implementation of supportive measures in 4 typical regions（Zhejiang, Chongqing, Changsha and Qinghai） were analyzed. It also summarized the reform experiences and lessons in these regions, and put forward suggestions tO steadily promote the reform of urban public hospitals＇ canceling drug additions based on these supporting reforms.
