The Application of Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Model in the Evaluation Department Based on the DRG

摘要 目的:探讨运用Delphi+AHP方法,引入DRG病例组合指数指标构建心血管内科绩效评价体系。方法:将DRG的详细指标与其他质量效率指标、财务效率指标、教学科研指标等构建绩效评价体系,运用Delphi+AHP方法确定权重分配。结果和结论:经过分析温州4家医院心血管内科绩效的评分排序:温州大学第一附属医院、温州大学第二附属医院、瑞安市人民医院和温州市中心医院。运用Delphi+AHP方法确定权重,以DRG指标构建的心血管内科综合绩效评价体系较为合理和客观,具有较好的可行性。 Objective: Introducing the Diagnosis Related Groups(DRGs) to build the evaluation system of cardiovascular internal medicine based on Delphi + AHP method. Methods: The detailed indexes of DRGs, quality efficiency indexes, financial efficiency in- dexes and teaching technology research were applied to construct performance evaluation system. Delphi+AHP was applied to certain the weight allocation. Results and Conclusion: The performance of 4 cardiovascular internal hospitals in Wenzhou ranked as: the First Hospital of Wenzhou University, the Seeord Hospital of Wenzhou University, Ruian Hospital and the Center Hospital of Wen- zhou. The Cardiovascular Medicine of hospital achievements appraisal system was more reasonable and objective based on Delphi + AHP, which had good operability.
