摘要
为了适应产业化要求,高浓度、高稳定性的纳米银抗菌剂的制备有重要的意义。本研究以2.4×10^(-3)g/m L高浓度纳米银为研究对象,研究了树脂和增稠剂组成的负载剂对体系稳定性的影响,并对含有负载剂的纳米银复合抗菌剂的性能进行系统考察。结果显示,负载剂中增稠剂与树脂最优配比为11%,在该配比下,100 g负载剂可负载纳米银抗菌剂的量为30 m L,纳米银复合抗菌剂的量为10 m L;负载的纳米银复合抗菌剂适合于偏酸性、低温、避光的环境下储存。
In order to meet the requirements of industrialization, the preparation of nano-silver antibacterial agent with high concentration and stability is of great significance. The concentration of nano-sliver solution was 2.4×10^-3g/ml as a experiment concentration. The effects of the loading agent composed of resin and thickener on the stability of the system were studied. The properties of the prepared nano-silver composite antibacterial agents were systematically investigated. When using the thickener dosage of 11% which is the optimal ratio between resin and thickener, per lO0g resin can load the largest amount of nano-sliver solution for 30ml or nano-silver antimicrobial agents for lOml. The prepared nano-silver composite antibacte.rial agent is more suitable for acidic, low temperature, dark environment storage.
