摘要
为满足电缆隧道功能性分区穿入电缆及后期方便运营等需求,盾构隧道贯通后,盾构形成的隧道内部需浇筑十字隔板。结合北京某电缆盾构隧道工程实例,通过解决施工过程中出现的长距离混凝土不易浇筑、上部竖隔板顶端与管片难以紧密结合以及固定电缆支架用预埋螺栓位置精度不易保证等工程重点、难点问题,为类似工程施工提供思路和参照做法。
In order to meet the needs of cable tunnel function zoning cable penetration and operation,after the shield tunnel penetrating,cross-frame has to be poured in shield tunnel to. Based on electric shield tunnel engineering practice in Beijing,by solving the problems that construction process of long distance concrete is not easy to pour,the upper part of a vertical clapboard and the top end of the segment to closely and cable fixing bracket with pre buried bolt location accuracy is not manageable certificate,it provides ideas and practice reference for the construction of similar projects.
