摘要
针对波形钢腹板与混凝土顶、底板连接不好,易导致连接部位碎裂,斜腹板部位倾斜角度控制不好等问题,结合工程项目实际,在关键点上进行技术改进,改进复合波形钢腹板抗剪连接件及连接方式,即双PBL键和嵌入式连接;采用斜腹板定位支模工具,在桥梁墩顶部位周围钢腹板内侧设置内衬混凝土,保证了工程质量和结构安全。
For the current corrugated steel web and concrete roof,the bottom plate is not connected,easy to lead to the connection site fragmentation,inclined web parts tilt angle control is not good and other issues,combined with the actual project,at the key point of technical improvements,improve the composite waveform Plate shear connector and connection method, that is, double PBL key and embedded connection; using inclined web positioning tool,in the beam bridge pier around the steel web inside the installation of lined concrete,to ensure the quality of the project and structural safety.
