摘要
目的:了解我院护士对正在实施的十五个中医护理方案效果评价的需求,作为制定可行的中医护理方案评价表的依据。方法:对我院内科、外科和骨科内78名护士进行问卷调查,让他(她)们对问卷3个主题、11项内容按Likert5点评分方法进行打分,输入计算机用SPSS17.0软件包进行统计处理。结果:93%护士参加过医院或科室统一的中医护理方案效果评价表的培训,但是在方案效果评价的可操作性和客观性方面总体态度倾向于消极。护士对中医护理方案效果评估指引的需求部分结果显示,大部分护士赞同新的中医护理方案需要增加可量化的指标,并增加其客观性以及可重复性。结论:护士普遍认为中医护理方案的评价系统没有量化指标,主观性较强,临床迫切需要一份客观,可操作性强,具有量化指标的中医护理方案效果评价补充指引。
This study was aimed to investigate the requirement of our hospital nurses in the effect evaluation of fifteentraditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing programs, and to make it as the basis for making feasible evaluation tables ofTCM nursing programs. The investigation survey was given among 78 nurses from the internal medicine ward, surgicalward and the department of orthopedics in our hospital. The questionnaire was graded according to the Likert 5 scoringmethod, including 3 themes and 11 items. The SPSS 17.0 package was used for statistical processing. The results showedthat 93% nurses participated in the training of effect evaluation table of unified TCM nursing program in the hospital ordepartment, but the overall attitude was negative in terms of the operability and objectivity on the effect evaluation of theprogram. Requirements of guidelines for effectiveness evaluation of TCM nursing program showed that most nursesagreed that the new TCM nursing program needed to increase quantifiable indicators and to increase its objectivity andreproducibility. It was concluded that nurses generally considered that the evaluation system of nursing program of TCMhad no quantitative indicators, but with strong subjective. In the clinical practice, it is in urgent need of an objective TCMnursing program with quantitative indicators and strong operability.
