摘要
采用湿式超微粉碎加工工艺,以悬浮率(≥90%)、筛析、热贮[(54±2)℃、14 d]稳定性为标准,通过对不同润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、防腐剂的筛选,得到30%烯肟菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂的最佳配方。最佳配方为烯肟菌酯7%、戊唑醇23%、聚羧酸盐润湿分散剂1%、润湿分散剂(SP-28F)1.5%、分散剂(LM)3%、消泡剂0.5%、黄原胶0.05%、乙二醇2%、甲醛0.15%、水补至100%。该产品悬浮率≥90%,分散性良好,冷热贮稳定性合格。
The enestroburin'tebuconazole 30% SC was developed with the method of wet milling according to the standard requirements of suspension eata(≥90%), screen analysis, dispersity, heat storage stability[(54±2)℃, 14d]. The formulation was identified through screening main adjuvants such as wetting-dispersing agent, thicking agent, anti-freeze agent, defoaming agent,preservative agent and etc.. The results showed that the optimum formulation consists of 7% enestroburin, 23% tebuconazole, 1% polyurethane wetting and dispersing agent, 1.5% wetting-dispersing agent[(SP-28F)], 3% wetting-dispersing agent[(LM)], 0.5% defoaming agent, 0.05% thicking agent, 2% anti-freeze agent, 0.15% preservative agent. The suspension rate of enestroburin.tebuconazole 30% SC was over 90%, and the cold and heat storage stability and dispersibility met the requirements for SC.
