摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT冠脉造影在急性心肌梗死冠脉支架置入术后随访中的应用价值。方法收集2014年11月-2016年10月我院收治的58例经冠状动脉造影检查确诊的急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,纳入患者均行冠脉支架置入术治疗,采用多层螺旋CT冠脉造影评估急性心肌梗死冠脉支架置入术后随访情况,并与数字减影冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果相对比。结果 58例患者,106枚支架完成多层螺旋CT冠脉造影检查和CAG检查,以CAG检查结果作为对照,多层螺旋CT冠脉造影诊断支架内再狭窄的敏感性、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为46.15%、97.50%、85.71%、84.78%。结论多层螺旋CT冠脉造影在评估患者术后随访中应用价值显著,其可有效评估患者再狭窄程度,对指导临床合理干预措施有着重要参考价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the folow-up of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMt) after coronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 58 patients with AMI diagnosed by coronary angiography in our hospital from November 2014 to October 2016 were selected as study subjects, All patients were treated with coronary stent implantation, and follow-up of panents with AMI after coronary stent implantation was evaluated with mukidice CT coronary angiography, and the results were compared with those of digital subtraction coronary angiography (CAG).ResultsIn 58 patients, 106 stents were examined with multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and CAG. With the results of CAG as control, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of in- stent restenosis were 46.15%. 97.50%. 85.71% and 84.78%, respectively. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT coronary angmgraphy is of great value in evaluating postoperative follow-up of patients, and it can effectively assess the degree of restenosis in patients, which provides important references for clinical rational intervention measures.
