视黄醇结合蛋白和同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病肾病相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者体内的视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的表达水平,作相关性分析。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的150例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为实验组,同时选取150名健康体检者作为正常对照组,分别测定两组的血清RBP、HCY水平,作相关性分析。结果实验组的血清RBP、HCY水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。微量蛋白尿组和临床蛋白尿组的血清RBP、HCY水平显著升高(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病肾病患者的血清RBP、HCY水平与m-ALB呈正相关(r=0.783、0.697,P均<0.01)。结论血清RBP、HCY水平升高与2型糖尿病肾病密切相关,可作为糖尿病患者早期肾损害的监测和诊断指标。 Objective To explore the expression levels of retinol binding protein (RBP) and homocysteine (HCY) in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and make correlation analysis. Methods 150 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and another 150 healthy people with physical examination in the same period were selected as the normal control group. The serum RBP and HCY levels of two groups were respectively detected and made correlation analysis. Results The serum RBP and HCY levels of group of experimental group were significantly higher than those of normal control group (P 〈0.01). The serum RBP and HCY levels of microalbuminuria group and clinical albuminuria group increased significantly (P〈0.01). The serum RBP and HCY levels of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy had positive correlation with m-ALB (r = 0.783, r = 0.697, both P〈0.01). Conclusions The increased serum RBP and HCY levels are closely associated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, which can be used as monitoring and diagnostic indicators early renal damage in patients with diabetes mellitus.
