摘要
实验建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时检测功能饮料中VB_6、烟酰胺、柠檬黄、胭脂红、咖啡因、诱惑红和苯甲酸7种常见组分的方法。利用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,pH=4.5乙酸铵-甲醇流动相梯度洗脱,实现了对7种组分的分离;利用多波长二极管阵列检测器,实现了对7种组分的检测。本方法中VB_6、烟酰胺、咖啡因和苯甲酸在0.1~70mg/L,胭脂红和诱惑红在0.1~7mg/L,柠檬黄在0.5~7mg/L范围内均表现出良好的线性关系,7种组分的相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.1~0.5mg/L,均满足现行国标要求。VB_6、烟酰胺、咖啡因和苯甲酸在添加水平为10和50mg/L以及柠檬黄、胭脂红和诱惑红在添加水平为1和5mg/L时的加标回收率为92.4%~109.5%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.33%~4.92%。该方法操作简便、结果准确,能够用于对功能饮料中7种组分快速有效的检测。
An effective method was established for simultaneous determination of vitamin B6, nicotinamide, lemon yellow, carmine, caffeine, allura red and benzoic acid in functional drinks by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effective separation was achieved with Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column using methanol and 0.02mol/L NH4Ac (pH=4.5) as mobile phase and gradient elution. Samples were detected by a diode array detector at 230, 243, 254 and 280 nm. In this method, vitamin B6, nicotinamide, caffeine and benzoic acid exhibited excellent linearity over the range of 0.1 - 70mg/L, carmine and allura red exhibited excellent linearity over the range of 0.1 - 7mg/L, while lemon yellow exhibited excellent linearity over the range of 0.5 - 7mg/L and correlation coefficients all above 0.999 for 7 components. The detection limits ranged from 0.1 to 0.5mg/L, which met the requirements of the national standard. The average recoveries for three pigments in a functional drink were in the range of 92.4% - 109.5% with relative standard deviations (n=6) of 0.33% - 4.92%. The method was convenient, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of 7 pigments in functional drinks.
