摘要
为适应经济新常态,满足物流发展新需求,发挥铁路物流基地在现代物流中的作用,在阐述济南铁路局物流基地发展现状的基础上,对济南铁路局物流基地布局规划进行研究。依据物流基地定位和物流基地规划原则,分析物流基地布局规划影响因素,制定规划选址技术路线,建立运输总成本最小的规划选址评价模型,并以淄博市为例,对山东省17个地市依次开展物流基地规划选址分析,提出济南铁路局物流基地布局规划建议,为济南铁路局发展现代物流提供理论参考。
With the purpose of adapting for the new normal of the economy, meeting the new requirements of logistics development, and playing a role of railway logistic base in the modern logistic chain, this paper studies the layout planning of the logistics base for Ji＇nan Railway Administration on the basis of the introduction to the current development status of logistics base. Then this paper, according to the positioning and planning principles of the logistics bases, analyzes the influencing factors on the planning, makes the technology roadmap for site selection and establishes a site selection evaluation model for minimized transportation cost. Finally, taking Zibo city as an example, analysis on the site selection for logistics bases in the 17 cities in Shandong is made. A proposal on the layout planning of the logistics bases is put forward to provide a theoretical reference for Ji＇nan Railway Administration when developing modern logistics business.
