摘要
为了适应中长期铁路网规划的变化,以及新一轮西安城市总体规划修编需要,应加强对西安铁路枢纽客运系统布局优化研究。概述西安铁路枢纽现有、在建及规划的客运站及衔接铁路现状,结合西安铁路枢纽实际,通过方案比选确定新建新西安南站方案和西安东站方案,提出西安铁路枢纽内客运站将形成以西安北站、西安站、新西安南站、西安东(纺织城)站为主要客运站,阿房宫为辅助客运站的"四主一辅"客运格局。该布局方案可以同时满足铁路网及城市发展需要,有利于提升西安枢纽在全国铁路网中的重要地位。
In order to adapt for the changes in the medium and long term railway network planning and the new round of Xi'an city master planning revision, it is necessary to study the passenger transport system layout of Xi'an railway hub. The current situation of railway passenger transport, connecting the existing construction and planning of the overview of Xi'an railway hub, combined with the actual, through scheme comparison and selection building the new Xi'an south railway station and Xi'an east railway station. Xi'an north railway station, Xi'an railway station, the new Xi'an south railway station and Xi'an east railway station (Textile City) as the main passenger station, Epang Palace railway station as an auxiliary passenger station, "four main one auxiliary" passenger transport pattern will be formed. The layout scheme can meet the needs of the railway network and urban development at the same time, and it is beneficial to enhance the important position of Xi'an hub in the national railway network.
