红细胞体积分布宽度的临床应用研究 被引量：1

摘要 红细胞体积分布宽度（red blood cell distribution width,RDW）是血细胞常规分析中的一项参数,用来表示外周血中红细胞体积大小的离散程度,是反映红细胞大小不等的客观指标。RDW最常用的价值在于贫血类型的鉴别,联合平均红细胞体积（MCV）这一参数,可将贫血分为大/小细胞均一性/不均一性贫血。
