摘要
目的:观察凉血解毒汤加减治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取116例中、重度痤疮患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各58例。对照组予异维A酸胶囊内服与夫西地酸软膏外治治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上根据患者的病情加减使用凉血解毒汤,2组患者均连续治疗4周。观察比较2组患者皮损程度、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:2例临床疗效比较,总有效率观察组94.8%,对照组67.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组总皮损数和炎性皮损数分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。不良反应发生率观察组13.8%,对照组17.2%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根据患者的病情加减使用凉血解毒汤用于治疗中、重度痤疮,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,且安全性较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Liangxue Jiedu tang for moderate-to-severe acne.Methods： Divided 116 cases of patients with moderate-to-severe acne into the control group and the observation group randomly, 58 cases in each group. Both groups were given oral administration of isotretinoin soft capsules and external treatment of fusidic acid cream, while the observation group was additionally treated with modified Liangxue Jiedu tang according to patients＇ conditions. Both groups received treatment for four weeks continuously. Observed and compared the degree of skin lesion,the clinical effect and adverse reaction in both groups. Results：The total effective rate was 94.8% in the observation group and 67.2% in the control group,the difference being significant（P0.05）. After treatment,compared the total number of skin lesion and the number of inflammatory skin lesion in the two groups with those before treatment,differences being significant（P 0.05）, and the comparison between the observation group and the control group showed significance in differences（P 0.05）. The observation group was superior to the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction was 13.8% in the observation group and 17.2% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：When modified Liangxue Jiedu tang is added to the treatment of moderate-to-severe acne according to patients＇ conditions,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance the clinical effect and has high safety.
