摘要
为了有效地观测我国能源-经济-环境系统的发展水平与趋势,针对系统各指标间的关系错综复杂,本文提出一种基于灰色关联度分析和TOPSIS法的综合评价模型。根据该模型与灰色预测模型对能源-经济-环境系统及其各子系统的综合发展水平与可持续发展度进行了测算和分析,进而给出了高水平可持续发展模式及建议。
In order to effectively observe the development level and trend of energy-economy-environment system in our country, considering the relationship between the index system of perplexing, a comprehensive evaluation model based on grey relational analysis and TOPSIS method is proposed. The comprehensive development level and degree of sustainable development of energy-economy-environment system and its subsystems are calculated and analyzed by the model and the grey forecasting model, furthermore, a high-level and sustainable development model and suggestion are proposed for the system.
