摘要
在当前的信息社会中,信息化技术逐渐在教学领域中得到渗透和应用,并开始在教学中发挥巨大作用。对于高校教师来说,其教学专业化水平,也会受到信息化教学能力的影响。因此,高校要想进一步提升教学质量,就要注重对教师信息化教学能力的培养。基于此,本文首先阐述了高校教师信息化教学能力培养的意义,然后分析了能力现状问题及能力培养目标,最后结合能力培养的路径,对能力培养的具体策略进行了探讨。
In the present information society, informatization technology is gradually getting permeation and application in the teaching field, has begun to play an important role in teaching.For college teachers,their teaching professionalism will also be affected by the in- formatization teaching ability.Therefore, if colleges want to further improve the teaching quality, they will need to focus on the cultivationof teachers＇ informatization teaching ability. Based on this, this paper first stated the significance of informatization teaching ability develop- ment of college teachers,then analyzed the ability Status and ability developing goal, finally combined with the way of ability cultivation to discuss and study the specific strategies for ability development.
