大跨度中级吊车门式钢架设计

摘要 某工程火车翻车机房采用单品大跨度门式钢架形式,且配备25/5 t中级吊车,为保障门式钢架施工及使用安全,节约成本,结构设计时采用双截面H型钢立柱,利用PKPM门式钢架计算软件验算构件强度,吊车荷载PKPM输入时采用吊车荷载程序导算法,此设计方法对类似工程设计具有一定的参考价值。 The single large-span portal frame style is adopted in the engineering train dumper room,which is equipped wit 25/5 t intermediate crane.In order to guarantee the portal frame construction and using security and save cost,it adopts double-section H-style steel upright in the structural design,calculates the establishment strength by using PKPM portal frame; In addition,the crane loading program algorithm method is applied in the crane load PKPM input.The above-mentioned design method has certain reference value for similar engineering design.
