基于云平台的润滑油质量追溯系统的设计

摘要 根据高品质润滑油的质量保障需求,设计了一个润滑油质量追溯系统。该系统能通过条形码、二维码、RFID标签等自动或手动采集润滑油从原料购置到生产销售的全过程数据;通过有线、无线网络传输至该系统部署在网络云平台上的LAMP Web质量控制及追溯应用模块(该模块利用网络云的强大计算能力为企业提供质量控制业务,为消费者、监管部门提供质量追溯功能)。企业、消费者、监管部门可以通过网页、移动终端、电话等多种方式访问该系统。部署该系统可以极大地提升企业形象,增强产品竞争力,提高消费者的满意度。 According to the quality assurance demand of high quality lubricants,a lubricating oil quality traceability system is designed.The system can automatically or manually collect the lubricating oil from raw material purchase to production and sales through bar code,two-dimensional code and RFID tag.By the wired or wireless network transmission to the deployed in the network cloud platfrom LAMP Web quality control and retroactive application module,the module uses the strong computing power of the network to provide the quality control services for enterprises,and for the customer and regulator,it can provide the function of quality traceability.Enterprises,consumers and regulators can go through the web,mobile terminals,telephone and other means to access this system. The deployment of the system can greatly enhance the corporate image and product competitiveness,improve consumer satisfaction.
