改良型富血小板纤维蛋白修复兔颅骨缺损的影像学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察改良型富血小板纤维蛋白(A-PRF)对兔颅骨骨缺损修复的效果,评价A-PRF诱导骨组织缺损修复再生的能力。方法选取30只健康的雄性日本大耳兔,随机分为A-PRF组、空白组,每组15只。在兔颅顶骨制造两个直径6.0 mm的圆形洞穿性骨缺损,A-PRF组缺损内填入A-PRF修复,空白组缺损内不填入任何材料修复。分别于手术完立即和2、4、8、12 w后,每组各处死3只实验动物,通过X射线检查观察骨组织的修复再生情况。结果在术后2、4、8、12 w,A-PRF组骨密度阻射影及骨愈合率均明显优于空白组(P<0.05)。结论 A-PRF对骨组织缺损的愈合及新骨的形成有促进作用。 Objective To observe the effects of advanced platelet-rich fibrin(A-PRF) in the repair of rabbit skull defects and evaluate of the ability of A-PRF in order to induce bone tissue defect repair and regeneration.Methods A total of 30 healthy male Japanese big-eared rabbits were selected and randomly divided into an A-PRF group and a blank group(n =15,respectively).Two circular piercing bone defects with a diameter of 6.0 mm were created on the parietal bone of rabbits.The defects in the A-PRF group were filled with A-PRF for repair and those in the blank group with nothing.Three experimental animals in each group were killed right after two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks and twelve weeks after the operation respectively.The repair and regeneration of bone tissue were examined and observed by X rays.Results The bone density resistance projection and bone healing rate two weeks,four weeks,eight weeks and 12 weeks aft er the operation were significantly better or higher than those in the blank group(P〈0.05).Conclusion A-PRF can promote the healing of bone defect and the formation of new bone.
