摘要
目的:比较分析穴位埋线及艾灸治疗原发性痛经的临床取穴规律,为临床选穴提供参考和理论依据。方法:电子检索CNKI、万方、维普三大中文数据库,收集符合标准的穴位埋线及艾灸治疗原发性痛经的文献,从处方腧穴的频次、归经、分布、特定穴等方面进行统计分析对比,探讨两者的临床用穴规律。结果:共纳入78篇相关文献,其中穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的相关文献28篇,艾灸治疗原发性痛经的相关文献50篇。穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经主要取穴为三阴交、关元、次髎、肾俞、肝俞、脾俞、气海、子宫;艾灸治疗原发性痛经主要取穴为关元、三阴交、中极、气海。结论:穴位埋线与艾灸治疗原发性痛经选穴大体不同,穴位埋线选穴以背腰部、足太阳膀胱经、背俞穴为主;艾灸选穴以胸腹部、任脉、募穴为主。
Objective： To compare and analyze the acupoint-selection rules of catgut implantation and moxibustion for primary dysmennorrhea,so as to provide the reference as well as the basic theory for clinical treatment. Methods： To collect related literature from databases and analyze the acupoints,including times,distribution,channel entry and specific acupoint for discussing and comparing the rules. Results： Seventy-eight researches were included,including 28 articles about catgut implantation treatment for primary dysmennorrhea and 50 articles about moxibustion treatment. The main acupoints of catgut implantation were Sanyinjiao（ SP6）,Guanyuan（ RN4）,Ciliao（ BL32）,Shenshu（ BL23）,Ganshu（ BL18）,Pishu（ BL20）,Qihai（ RN6）,Zigong（ EX-CA1）,while the top points of moxibustion therapy were Guan yuan（ RN4）,San yin jiao（ SP6）,Zhong ji（ RN3）,Qi hai（ RN6）. Conclusion： Acupoint-selection rules of both are generally different. Thereinto,the main acupoints of catgut implantation were distributed in the back and waist,and the main acupoints of moxibustion were mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen. The meridian of catgut implantation was mainly on bladder meridian and another one was mainly on ren channel. The specific acupoint of catgut implantation mainly were Beishu points and the others were Mu points.
