基于DES方法的轮胎部件外流场数值模拟研究

摘要 采用基于S-A湍流模型的脱体涡(DES)方法,数值模拟研究了三维轮胎部件外流场。通过非定常计算,将所得结果与相关文献对比分析。结果显示,该方法能够准确地模拟轮胎的非定常特性,后轮处能够很好地捕捉马蹄涡,其范围与文献接近,且起轮胎压力系数图能够和文献基本相似。 Detached eddy simulation( DES) is used to numerical simulate a 3-dimensional external flowfield of gear,which is based on S-A turbulence model. The author compares and analyzes the results with the related literature through the unsteady calculation. The results showed that,this method can accurately simulate the gear of the unsteady characteristics of the gear. The horseshoe vortex can be captured well at the rear wheel,with the scope approximately equal to that in the references,and the pressure coefficient of gear surface can be similar with that in the literature.
