摘要 采用钾长石、高岭土、氧化锌、叶腊石、硅灰石和玻璃粉等普通陶瓷原料及氧化铜、二氧化锰、NiO、TiO_2等化工原料制备无铅金属光泽釉。通过正交实验调整配方组成钾长石、叶腊石、高岭土和玻璃粉等影响因素来获得效果较佳的金属光泽釉釉面效果。实验结果表明通过正交实验得出因素主次关系为:玻璃粉>高岭土>叶腊石>钾长石。当玻璃粉28.4%、高岭土5%、叶腊石12%、钾长石32.4%制备了呈现金属光泽的釉面。 The lead-free metallic gloss glaze is prepared by ordinary ceramic materials such as potassium feldspar,kaolin,zinc oxide,pyrophyllite,wollastonite and glass powder,as well as other chemical raw materials such as cop-per oxide,manganese dioxide,NiO and TiO_2.Through the orthogonal experiment to adjust compositions of potassi-um feldspar,pyrophyllite,kaolin,glass powder and other factors to achieve better result of the metallic gloss glazeeffect.The results show that through the orthogonal experiment,the main factors are:glass powder kaolin pyro-phyllite potassium feldspar.The glaze has metallic gloss when glass powder is 28.4%,kaolin is 5%,pyrophylliteis 12%,and potassium feldspar is 32.4%.
