灰绿基础设施耦合的“海绵系统”示范基地构建——天津大学阅读体验舱景观规划设计 被引量:11

摘要 "海绵城市"概念所承载的"弹性"内涵,在借鉴国际倡导的低影响开发理论的基础上,将源头处理的观念进一步扩展为不同等级的雨水调控措施、系统的综合统筹,既涵盖了市政管网等传统工程措施,也涉及湿地、河流、低影响开发措施等绿色基础设施。"灰绿结合、系统统筹"可以说是中国海绵城市建设的关键。以天津大学阅读体验舱景观规划设计项目为例,探讨了如何在约束性极强的内涝场地上,通过灰绿基础设施的耦合、3个不同雨洪管理目标系统的构建叠加,在解决场地内涝积水问题的同时使雨洪管理功能与户外阅读空间景观有机融合,达到自然、趣味、亲和的设计目标。 Based on the international advocacy of low impact development, the concept of "Chinese Sponge City" is extended from source control to the synthetical coupling of several different levels of stormwater management measures and systems, which relates to the municipal drainage network and green infrastructures such as wetlands, rivers and LID measures. The authors hold that the combination of green and grey infrastructures and systems interconnection is crucial to sponge city construction. This paper, taking the landscape planning and design of the reading cabin in Tianjin University campus as the example, illustrates how to solve the waterlog problem in such a high restrictive site through coupling of green and grey infrastructures and interconnection of three different goal systems on stormwater management. During the process of planning and design, the authors also pay more attention to the function combination of stormwater management and landscape space creation aiming to provide a natural, interesting and comfortable environment for teachers and students.
