摘要
在充分考虑四辊高速铝箔轧机实际工作环境的基础上,建立了工作辊的二维轴对称温度场模型。基于ANSYS有限元平台软件,利用APDL参数化编程语言,给出了简单、灵活的工作辊温度场仿真分析方法,研究了工作辊沿轴向和径向的温度分布和热凸度变化规律。通过将仿真结果与现场换辊时工作辊表面实测的数据相比较,验证了模型的准确性和可靠性。
Comprehensively considering the actual work environment of four-high aluminum foil mill,a axisymmetric model of twodimensional temperature field of work roll is built.Based on finite element analysis software platform,a simple and flexible simulation analysis method is developed to provide the axial and radial temperature distributions and thermal crowns of the roll with the help of ANSYS Parametric Design Language( APDL).The simulation results is compared with the actual values measured on the roll surface during roll changing to demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the model established.
